In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "td888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the td888 platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services accessible via td888.im.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the td888 platform or accesses any td888 service.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the td888 platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Platform" means the td888 website, mobile-optimised site, and all related services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and slot games.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held within a Player's td888 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by td888 to Players, subject to specific wagering requirements outlined in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process td888 applies to Player Accounts to comply with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or region from which access to and use of the td888 Platform is restricted under applicable law or td888's operational policies.

By accessing the td888 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game offered by td888, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the td888 Platform and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and td888 in relation to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the td888 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. td888 enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years and takes underage gambling very seriously.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in your use of the Platform.

By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in this section. Providing false information regarding your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the td888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of Funds.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update td888 if any details change.

• Your Account login credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with or disclosed to any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• td888 will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify td888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

td888 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point in the Account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

All financial transactions on the td888 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. td888 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and cash deposit.

Deposits:

• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in your Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK are processed on the same business day during standard banking hours.
• td888 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals.
• td888 targets same-day processing for standard PKR withdrawal amounts via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals may vary based on the receiving institution.
• td888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there is any indication of irregular Account activity or if the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to the Player's deposit history.
• Withdrawals of Bonus balances are subject to the Wagering Requirements described in Section 6.

td888 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account at td888's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, except where a Bonus has already been credited to an eligible Account.
• Each promotional offer specifies its own Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for a credited Bonus is 20x the Bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that expire before Wagering Requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bets placed using Bonus funds on certain game categories (including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate towards Wagering Requirements. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• td888 reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity in connection with the promotional offer.

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on the td888 Platform is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or betting interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing bets or wagering real-money Funds.

• Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to td888's betting rules. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. td888 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or obvious pricing error.
• Cricket Markets: PSL, international Test, and T20 cricket markets are governed by specific cricket betting rules, including provisions for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and match postponements. Details are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted at the risk of the Player. Connection issues on the Player's side do not entitle the Player to void a submitted and confirmed in-play bet.
• Casino Games: All td888 casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and td888 does not manipulate results.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer game results are determined by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by professional dealers in a licensed studio environment. td888 is not responsible for results arising from force majeure events affecting the live dealer studio.
• Maximum Winnings: td888 reserves the right to apply maximum payout caps on individual games or betting markets. Where a payout cap applies, it will be clearly displayed within the relevant game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, or assisting another person to create an Account for purposes of circumventing Account restrictions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the betting interface to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate sports event outcomes or casino game results.
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive communication, or threatening behaviour directed at td888 staff, support personnel, or other Players.

td888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• td888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the Account.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the timeframe stipulated by td888.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed td888 to restrict or close the Account.
• The Player has been identified as a problem gambler through self-identification or td888's responsible gaming monitoring processes.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited at td888's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where closure is initiated by td888 for non-breach reasons (such as a business decision to exit a market), legitimate Funds will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting td888 support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their applicable rules and any resulting Funds disbursed before Account closure is finalised.

td888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We provide a suite of player-protection tools designed to help individuals maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 30 days) during which they will not be able to access the Platform or receive any promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gaming entirely may request a self-exclusion, which closes their Account for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusions can be extended indefinitely. td888 will not reverse a self-exclusion before the elected period has expired.

All content on the td888 Platform — including but not limited to the td888 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, betting markets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of td888 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any td888 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any td888 software or Platform component.
• Use td888's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an endorsement or affiliation not authorised by td888.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes.

Unauthorised use of td888's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, td888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds resulting from a Player's own error, including but not limited to placing an incorrect bet or making an unintended deposit.
• Interruptions to Platform availability arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Any action taken by td888 in good faith on the basis of information provided by or about the Player's Account.

td888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

td888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. td888 will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

td888 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Player rights or obligations — td888 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the td888 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to td888's licensed operating jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

In the event of a dispute between you and td888, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. td888 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Step 1 — Support Contact: Submit your complaint to the td888 support team via the contact details provided in Section 15. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate it to td888's compliance team by clearly stating that you wish to escalate. The compliance team will review the matter and issue a final position within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Review: If you remain dissatisfied following Step 2, you may seek review through the appropriate regulatory or independent dispute resolution body applicable to td888's gaming licence jurisdiction.
